Zombie Nation
Let me tell you it was an awesome Fucking Weekend. The weather was crappy but it reminded me of the 2005 season when PSU went 11-1, this year could be just as good. We will see. It was an overcast Saturday but we didnt care we started tailgating at 8am with Mimosas and Eggs Benedict. Stayed cloudy and drizzly throughout the day but we had switched over to Beer and Hard Liqour, cooking up cheesesteaks and crab legs. Franco Harris stopped by and hung out for a bit signed my hat for good luck.
Then it was game time baby. 8pm kick off, all the students and fans walking in, crowding the streets, singing and screaming. Your basic drunk college football game in front of a nationally televised audience. The lights were shining, the field was immaculate, and the stands were getting packed. Thought it could be an attendance record, but we only made it to the 8th largest crowd. Thats right people, 109,400 crazed fans in the stands and it was loud. We brought the White Out this night. I do not have a voice as of right now from hollerin, singing and just basically acting like a fool. Zombie nation was in full effect too. Now if you havent seen 109,000 fans dance to Zombie Nation you havent witnessed a game at Penn State.
And when you are sitting on the upper deck and the stands get a bouncing, it is totally wild. The entire stadium moves up and down. No other place in the country like it on a Football game night. Thats why it is called "The Greatest Show in Sports" PSU games will be on TV the rest of the way this season, dont know if the TV cameras catch it as well but it sure is worth it to watch a game.
Rock n Roll
Good Fucking Thursday morning to all you Bitches. How the Hell is everyone. Im actually in a good mood for once after getting into work, I guess thats cause I finally got a good nights rest and am wide awake for the concert Im going to this evening.
Sevendust in concert at Rams Head Live at the Baltimore waterfront. Fuck yeah, ready to do some moshing and toss back a few cold ones, they only thing that sucks, no more smoking inside Rams Head Live.
Well for those of you who havent heard of Sevendust heres a little background for your sorry Asses:
It has been more than a decade from the moment Sevendust first got together. This band started out with normal daily jobs from landscaping to concrete and playing nightly under the name Crawlspace, where they bonded on their mutual love for heavy music and strong melodies. They have one of the best sounds there is, combining the explosive vocals of Lajon Witherspoon, the heavy guitars of Clint Lowery and John Connolly, the stabbing bass of Vinnie Hornsby, and sweet drums by Morgan Rose. Three gold records, countless tour dates and seven albums later, I finally get to see them Live. Take a listen, it might be too hard for some of you but if it is I dont give a Fuck, turn it down or dont listen. This really gets me pumped.
If your ears arent ringing yet then you werent playing it loud enough. Im outta here people gotta get some work done today but I will have something posted for you before I leave for the concert tonight which Im sure you will enjoy. Thats right another informative interview brought to you by me. Stay Tuned you Bastards.
